Golden Circle Lifestyle Awards is a website that allows members of Shangri-la's loyalty program, Golden Circle, to redeem various products and exciting experiences using their membership points. It provides a platform for which members can easily peruse the catalogue of items and experiences that Golden Circle has to offer, as well as be aware of any special offers and privileges that are available with their membership.

FLIPS Digital has created a UX-focused design that ensures that the redemption process is simple and easy to navigate so as to create higher customer turnover and generate higher sales. We have also created a comprehensive CMS back-end that is fully integrated with Shangri-la's systems, so that the Golden Circle team can easily add and adjust content, see the simplified data handling process, as well as generate more products within their website with ease. With our efforts, we are able to generate a greater rate of redemptions as well as ensure that the team at Golden Circle can easily handle and update the website themselves with our custom CMS.
